Accuracy 1.) It is the responsibility of our advertisers to provide accurate and truthful information in their listings. RentLBInow.com will not be held responsible for any misleading or false information posted herein. Since our listing content is completely managed by our third party advertisers, RentLBInow.com assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or other situation that is a result of inaccurate listings.

Layout RentLBInow.com reserves the right to determine the design, layout and functionality of our site which is subject to change without notice. RentLBInow.com reserves the right to edit copy or remove photographs supplied, in order to create more uniform and pleasant advertising environment for our visitors. RentLBInow.com accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage resulting from any layout, edit or functionality changes that may occur. We strongly urge our advertisers to keep their own copy of supplied text, pictures and other related materials in the case of incidental loss.

Photographs RentLBInow.com reserves the right to manipulate and rearrange any photographs uploaded by our users. Copyright By accepting the terms and conditions and by paying and posting a listing on RentLBInow.com, the lister grants RentLBInow.com a licence to use the materials supplied including text, photographs and other submitted information on its websites and any affiliated websites. RentLBInow.com claims copyright to the electronic images of the photographic material supplied by advertisers, and the listing agent will assist RentLBInow.com to protect its copyrighted material from unauthorized redistribution at the expense of RentLBInow.com.

Change of Listing Property managers may not substitute their paid listing with changes that, if approved, would substantially alter the listing to make it that of another property. RentLBInow.com will have the right to terminate the listing and may choose, in its sole discretion, to retain any unearned fees associated with the term of the previously existing listing as compensation for violating this condition.

Termination of Advertising All listing are sold for their full paid period. Listings removed at your request prior to the completion of their run are not subject to refund. RentLBInow.com reserves the right to refuse and listing submitted either through email or online order. We can refuse to publish the ad for no reason, and you specifically agree to hold us harmless for any loss or liability that may arise from such a decision. *Note, if your ad is not granted access to our site, pending payments will be returned. If you submit unsuitable material or misuse the site, RentLBInow.com reserves the right to remove the listing without refund. If RentLBInow.com receives information of unfair listing practices, such as double bookings, misleading sales information or other such business actions or if you breach your obligations to RentLBInow.com, then we reserve the right to remove the property from the website without notice or refund.
